Riley Rahm
Riley Rahm is the Chairman of Forge Marketing, but don't let the title fool you—this is a leader who knows the value of rolling up their sleeves and getting into the trenches. With an impressive track record that includes earning the title of 'Managing Partner of the Year 2022' from Hawx and surpassing a million dollars in earnings before the age of 25, Riley's knack for business is proven.
Before Forge Marketing became a $13M success story, Riley was a chemical engineering student at the University of New Mexico. The pivot to entrepreneurship began with launching a social media marketing agency in college, which was sold for a six-figure sum. Following this, Riley explored various ventures—from running a mobile detailing business to door-to-door pest control sales. It was the door-to-door experience, in particular, that honed skills like negotiation and quick thinking, foundational to their current leadership style.
Beyond the business world, Riley has a strong affinity for golf, having been ranked among the top three junior golfers in New Mexico from 2014 to 2016 and even making it onto the UNM golf team. When not closing deals or hitting the greens, you might find Riley hunting or building a business as a passion project.
Though the path has been diverse—from college dropout to seasoned entrepreneur—the commitment to growth and learning has remained constant. It's this unique blend of experiences that makes Riley not just an effective leader, but a relatable one.


Donald Thornton
Greetings, I'm Donald Thornton, and I'd like to share a bit about my journey with you: My journey began in the Golden State, California, where I was born and spent my early years soaking up the West Coast vibes. I grew up in the beautiful landscapes of Oregon, fostering a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. After high school, I ventured to the University of New Mexico, where I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance. It was there that I honed my skills and passion for the financial world. Outside of my professional life, I'm an avid golfer. I always jump at the chance to hit the golf course when time allows.
In 2018, I took a unique turn in my career and embarked on a two-year journey in a door-to-door sales program. This experience not only tested my resilience but also refined my interpersonal and communication skills. Subsequently, I transitioned into the corporate world, securing a position in the finance sector. This role allowed me to apply my financial acumen and further develop my professional expertise.
Fate had different plans for me as I found my way back into management, this time with Forge. Currently, I am committed to helping our leadership teams effectively manage their endeavors, combining my financial background with my knack for leadership. My journey from the West Coast to forging a career in management has been a remarkable one, and I look forward to the exciting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Yes, this is a summer job. Typical working dates are May- August.
All of our sales positions are commission-based with bonus structures.
From a culture standpoint; top tier trips, gold standard sales training and leadership development, investment mentors, etc. From a supplies standpoint; uniform from the hips up ( hats, shirts, lanyards, and jackets), ipads are available upon request, furniture at the apartments, and a cook/cleaner during the summer.
Direct sales is a different beast and for that reason sometimes its best to not have sales experience because you have to unlearn some things. Therefore, we do not require experience, we train you start to finish.
All our summer sales programs are ran remotely from our headquarters. We sell in markets where the demand is highest. Therefore, it is not an issue if you do not live in the same state that you are selling in. We can do all the training remotely and we even provide travel to include you in our company culture before the season starts.
